I'm very satisfied with the work done!  After it was finished we had a large amount of rain to the point the creek next to me flooded- I did not get any water in my basement!  Very satisfied with the job.

The system was completed 8/13/03.  The huge "blackout" occurred less than 24 hours after your installation- the battery back-up worked great.  In our opinion it already paid for itself!!  Your system was less invasive then others and you were honest with no hidden costs here and there.

Wilcox Basement Systems did an excellent job- clean and professional.  I had 3 estimates.  Yours was quite a bit less then the first, but your company was very thorough, and your representative went through everything to make sure I understood.  He encouraged me to call if I had any questions, which I did.  They were so helpful and friendly and believed in the system.

The rain of the past few days has been a good test for your basement system: nary a drop of water seeped in.  Proir to Wilcox Basement Systems installation I would have had much seepage.

I was impressed with Wilcox Basement System's products and the promise of a quick, on time installation- I was not disappointed!  I was very pleased with the installation crew.  They added finishing touches that were not in the contract and even fixed my leaking outside water spigot when they used it. 

Mike Dorsino is a pro with everything you could hope for.  Bluntly honest-extremely professional, very capable of explaining processes and exactly how and why they had to be done.  The job Wilcox Basement Systems did for me was very extensive and complicated-but I was able to understand EXACTLY HOW they repaired my basement.  It was a very expensive undertaking-but in the end I have a guaranteed dry basement for life.  And since my basement is a completely finished- carpeted living area- being dry for good was critically important to me.

I called two other companies.  One did not respond for several days.  The other sent a rep but your company far outshone him in old-fashioned courtesy and knowledge.  Your company was outstanding in so many ways, listened when we had concerns, and were always pleasant and courteous.  You know your business.  We have and will continue to recommend you!

First of all we felt that your salesman was very professional and very knowledgeable.  He offered me many suggestions that could be used to go "hand in hand" with the problem just solved for me.  We feel that he is a big asset to your company. Before I had Wilcox Basement Systems I would actually get physically ill everytime it rained because I knew what my basement would look like.  I would always have to bother my grown children to come and help me.  Since Wilcox completed their job, I can now sleep nights knowing that my situation is taken care of.  But best of all, I can continue to live in my own home at the age of 84 and not worry anymore about water in my basement!  Thank You!
