I'm writing to inform you of a story that might be of interest to you.  My superintendent who cares for my house wrote to tell me that my tenants had informed her that there was a lot of rain in Oriskany about one month ago and that all of the neighbors had water in their cellars while my cellar stayed completely dry.  I believe that this is due to your fine work.  I will add that I believe the aforementioned rain was the first test for the flood-prevention system in my house since it had been installed.  I would like to thank you again for your fine work.

Dear Sir or Madam: The purpose of this letter is to express my gratitude and personal observations: * Employees introduced themselves, followed by an overview of the work that was to be completed in the cellar. * The house was protected from soiling by placing protective coverings on the floors and stairs. The side entrance was used even though this caused extremely heavy materials to be moved a longer distance so as not to go through living area. * Employees never left the job site, and the only noise was work related. * Employees were courteous and were gracious in clearing and prepping work area...even removed a very large refrigerator and platform for removal.
