I am extremely satisfied with the job Wilcox Basement Systems did for me.  After your presentation- we didn't even consider getting another quote or looking into another company.  Thank you!  Everything went as planned- except we needed a bigger pump-which was handled very well.  The work crew was there on time and finished on time- they were fun guys, hard working and very knowledgeable.  I was impressed with the lawncare after the discharge line was installed. 

We are absolutely thrilled!  Excellent referral from a family member with a top notch initial visit and presentation, marketing package that was mailed to us from the professional office staff.  We went from a basement with non-functioning french drains that had to be vacuumed with a shop vac, cracks in our foundation floor & walls, "gurgling" foundation floor- from the amount of water underneath, a constant smell, and high humidity- along with the constand "dread" of what would be found everytime we entered the basement.  "Rain" brought another level of dread and several times we found flooding over the french drains and on the floor.  I gave up on our dream of finishing the basement and felt tied to its constant futile maintenance to try to prevent flooding.  Wilcox Basement Systems has given us a basement that is dry.  DRY- a simple word but one that I would never have used to describe our basement and one I thought I would never be able to use.  Water flows through the french drains and to the sump pump now.  We no longer hear a "gurgling" sound from under the floor.  We no longer have water coming through cracks.  The smell and humidity are gone.  I have peace of mind now regarding the basement and can't describe how wonderful that is after dealing with the old basement conditions.  We also purchased a SaniDry unit and it is amazing.  The basement is dry, the humidity is low, the air is filtered and flows through the house.  From the quality of work to the top notch professionalism and work ethic of the company, Wilcox Basement Systems is the only company that should be considered for basement repair.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I just wanted to tell you what an asset Mike Dorsino is to Wilcox Basement Systems.  It was a relief to be told that my house does not have the amount of problems that I'd imagined but instead of looking at the SaniDry unit and leaving as fast as he could (like most companies do), he looked thoroughly throughout the basement and along the outside of the house as well.  He made suggestions and explained what other factors could be contributing to the musty smell, even though he said it was barely noticeable to him.  Thanks to the SaniDry, I keep the basement humidity at 30% because I have asthma and thats why I was so concerned with a musty odor. Over the years I've recommended Wilcox Basement Systems, Inc. to friends and family and will also give you a great review/high scores on Angie's List and Yelp, etc.  The one thing that has always stood out was when Mike Dorsino first came to my house in 2007 he could have talked me into a basement system-and he didn't.  He said the basement was in good shape and gave me literature on the SaniDry, but no hard sell.  A few months later I ordered the unit from you.  No hard sell.....that's rare these days.
