I am writing to express my satisfaction with the job that Wilcox Basement Systems, Inc. did in my formerly gross, damp, old, and moldy basement.  I am so pleased with the result. Though it will always be an old basement and never lovely and finished, the result of the waterproofing has been amazing.  The CleanSpace liner in my crawl space has made a former "dirt pit" into an even, clean, and dry storage area.  The Sani Dry air ststem has made my basement air into the dryest and cleanest air in my home.  I am so impressed that I am adding the BrightWall Panel system to be installed in a month.  My old basement is getting better and better!  Thank you!

I just wanted to tell you what an asset Mike Dorsino is to Wilcox Basement Systems.  It was a relief to be told that my house does not have the amount of problems that I'd imagined but instead of looking at the SaniDry unit and leaving as fast as he could (like most companies do), he looked thoroughly throughout the basement and along the outside of the house as well.  He made suggestions and explained what other factors could be contributing to the musty smell, even though he said it was barely noticeable to him.  Thanks to the SaniDry, I keep the basement humidity at 30% because I have asthma and thats why I was so concerned with a musty odor. Over the years I've recommended Wilcox Basement Systems, Inc. to friends and family and will also give you a great review/high scores on Angie's List and Yelp, etc.  The one thing that has always stood out was when Mike Dorsino first came to my house in 2007 he could have talked me into a basement system-and he didn't.  He said the basement was in good shape and gave me literature on the SaniDry, but no hard sell.  A few months later I ordered the unit from you.  No hard sell.....that's rare these days.    

After meeting with Mike Dorsino, I knew I was ready to get this work done.  This was by far the best home improvement I have made.   I no longer worry about wood rot or the old sump pump not working.  I would recommend your company to anyone!  Thanks Again!

  I wanted to let you know, your team did an excellent job on my crawlspace.  The foreman, Zak Wilcox, went out of his way to do things right and complete.  In addition to the main project, he was able to get the metal base of the beam supports out of the wet, raise them up and place them on the dry side of the membrane.  I can go down there in my socks and it is bright and clean rather than something out of one of Edgar Allen Poe's novels.  The humidity level dropped right away. I would recommend your team and the project itself to anyone in a similar situation.  Thank you David O

  Hi.  Now that winter and freezing temperatures have abated, I want to share this.  A "thank you" to Zak Wilcox for the fine work he did insulating the crawl space at my house.  I had no issues with water freezing in the pipes and that area was warmer all winter long.

Our mold problem was getting worse and you were the first ones who said you could help us.  We are very pleased with the job you all did in our basement.  The basement is very dry now and it smells good.  We would recommend Wilcox Basement Systems to anyone with a mold problem or water problem.

Wilcox Crew, I'm amazed! My crawl space temperature hasn't dropped below 40 degrees!
