The purpose of this letter is to express my gratitude and personal observations:

* Employees introduced themselves, followed by an overview of the work that was to be completed in the cellar.

* The house was protected from soiling by placing protective coverings on the floors and stairs. The side entrance was used even though this caused extremely heavy materials to be moved a longer distance so as not to go through living area.

* Employees never left the job site, and the only noise was work related.

* Employees were courteous and were gracious in clearing and prepping work area...even removed a very large refrigerator and platform for removal.
